Give the region room.

Tourism Kruger brings the public park into a wider conversation with gateway towns and the Panorama Route. We aim to help visitors understand the different places they are considering and identify the practical questions that make a journey clearer.

This is an independent informational guide. We are not SANParks, a tourism authority, an accommodation owner or a tour operator. Editorial mentions do not imply a partnership or permission to enter a place.

Keep names and boundaries clear

Kruger National Park, neighboring private reserves, gateway towns and Blyde River Canyon are not presented as one visitor setting. A place outside the park is labelled accordingly. We do not promise wildlife sightings, access, availability or a fixed travel time.

Our photographs have individual sources, rights information and honest dates. Where a reliable date is absent, none is invented. People shown in a licensed image are not described as our guides, contributors or partners without an actual relationship.

Use the guide as a starting point

Named primary sources support the regional context. Use current information from the responsible park, property or provider for the visit you are making. The guide draws on named destination sources and clearly identified places.

Some links may lead to third-party offers and may generate a commission. Those providers own their descriptions, availability, prices, reviews and booking conditions. Start with our regional guides or get in touch about a factual correction.
